The Junior Jobcards and Methodics Specialist is part of the Planning Department and reports into the Senior Jobcards and Methodics Specialist. He/She is responsible for the successful implementation of aircraft maintenance data and customer’s requirements into the EEM Jobcards.
Main Tasks
• To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the organization
• To ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual
• Prepare Task lists and evaluate key measurements such as Man-hours, Work Centers, Operations, Critical task splits, Skill, Phases etc
• Risk Assess Routine and Modification Job Cards and ensure that the company’s procedures and processes are followed
• Archive Risk Assessed Jobcards into the Database to ensure traceability
• Prepare Work Packages provided by the customers on time and in accordance with the company’s procedures and processes as well as the customer requirements
• Prepare and optimize Aircraft Jobcards for both Routine and Modification Tasks to minimize the workload and administrative costs on the shopfloor
• Co-ordinate with the (Junior) Production Planners on the AMM revision to be used to create jobcards
• Support the Offer Team as deemed necessary
• Contribute to ensure that the department 6S standards are maintained
• Support LEAN initiatives and Continuous Improvement Projects
• Execute any other task commensurate with the role

At least 1 year experience working in an EASA Part 145 Aviation Organisation or graduate in Engineering
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications

Proven ability to work under pressure
Experience working with Airbus or Boeing aircraft is preferred
