Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) sup-ports the organization’s people strategy while ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions.
The role partners closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions, maintain compliance, strengthen employee relations, support employee development, and enhance overall employee experience. The HRBP will also drive continuous improvement through automation, digitalization, and data-driven HR practices, including the development of HR reporting, analytics, and Power BI dashboards to support strategic decision-making and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the Organization
• To ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual
• HR Operations & Business Support
o Partner with leaders to provide proactive HR guidance and operational support.
o Improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
o Contribute to employee experience and workplace culture initiatives.
o Support the implementation and delivery of the HR strategy while driving initiatives that contribute towards the achievement of departmental KPIs and overall objectives.
• Compliance & HR Governance
o Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, collective agreements, and best practices.
o Coordinate HR audits, compliance reviews, and documentation checks.
o Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
o Monitor legislative changes and implement required updates.
o Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
o Ensure consistency and standardization across HR practices.
• HR Systems, Reporting & Digitalization
o Support HR automation, digitalization, AI-driven solutions, and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
o Optimize and manage HR systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and HR ticketing systems to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
o Provide HR insights and recommendations through data-driven reporting and analytics, including the development and maintenance of live HR dashboards.
• Employee Relations, Engagement & Development
o Support employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and employee development initiatives.
o Lead learning and development, succession planning, talent management, and the identification of skills gaps and development opportunities.
o Support employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, conflict resolution, and collective agreement implementation.
o Maintain professional working relationships with unions, employee representatives, and key stakeholders.
o Carry out any other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

• 5S: Ensure that all 5S Standards are always adhered with in his/her area / office of responsibility
Position Key Requirements and Competencies.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in HR reporting, analytics, and HR systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in HR automation, digitalization, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Human Resources Business Partner, Senior HR Executive, or similar role.
